Corporation

The Apostolic Catholic Orthodox Church is incorporated in the State of California as a not-for-profit church and holds Certificates of Authority to Operate in various states. The Church also holds 501(c)(3) tax exempt status as a church corporation.

The Church is governed by its Bylaws and Canon Directives. Church-wide policy is made by the Board of Directors in consultation with the clergy and lay leaders of the church. Local parish decisions are made by consensus of the pastor and parishioners.
